Using SortX

SortX is intended for professional estate agency teams in the United Kingdom. The product helps organise agency work across sales, lettings, property management, accounting, compliance, documents, inboxes and approvals.

Users should have authority from their agency to access the workspace, view client records and approve operational actions.

Agency responsibility

SortX supports estate agency operations but does not replace professional judgement. Agencies remain responsible for compliance decisions, client communications, financial instructions, property particulars, tenancy documents and contractual commitments.

Approval controls should be configured so sensitive, regulated or high-risk actions are reviewed by an authorised person before they are sent or completed.

Acceptable use

Users must not use SortX to upload unlawful material, misuse personal data, impersonate others, bypass security controls, send spam, or instruct the AI to produce misleading property, tenancy, sales or financial information.

Agencies should keep account access secure, remove users who leave the business and review automation rules when branch processes change.

Website pages describe the intended SortX product direction and operational model. Features, integrations, automations and AI capabilities may vary by plan, rollout stage and customer configuration.

Comparisons and product claims should be read as marketing information unless they are included in a signed customer agreement.

Service availability
